Client Service Representative

Summit Veterinary Referral Center is hiring a Full time Client Services Representative for our front desk

Your role may include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Create and present financial estimates and treatment plans

  • Guide clients through check-in, discharge, check out

  • Handle financial transactions

  • Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email

  • Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients

  • Create appointments and gather patient history prior to appointment dates

  • Assist with patient discharges, updates and follow up calls

  • Triage incoming requests

  • Maintain patient records

  • Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit

 Who YOU are:

  • 1+ year experience in a customer service role; veterinary experience is preferred

  • A deep, genuine care for helping people

  • Naturally empathetic and articulate communication

  • A friendly and professional demeanor

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Comfort working with computer software

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay range- $17-26 depending on experience

  • Shift differential for any shift hours worked within 6p-6am $3/hr Mon-Thurs and $5/hr Fri-Sun
