A bit about Dr. LeBlanc
Dr. Nicole LeBlanc earned her DVM from the University of Wisconsin in 2010 followed by a one-year rotating internship at North Carolina State University. She then completed a three-year cardiology residency at Oregon State University and became a board-certified cardiologist in 2014. She accepted a tenure-track faculty position at Oregon State University from 2015 - 2021, during which time she was promoted to earn tenure.
Dr. LeBlanc focused her research efforts in the areas of clinical cardiology, namely interventional cardiac procedures for acquired and congenital heart disease, as well advanced echocardiography. Her peer-reviewed scientific articles can be found here. Dr. LeBlanc is very excited to be a part of the Summit team, joining in 2021.
Outside of work, Dr. LeBlanc enjoys exploring the pacific northwest with her family members, which includes an exuberant Idaho shag dog. She also enjoys landscaping, home remodeling, traveling, and mountain biking.
